Loquat Sambal

Description

These small, slightly tart fruits were once a feature of nearly every garden.

• Makes about 250 ml

Ingredients

• 1 kg loquats, peeled and stoned
• 1 onion, chopped
• 2 drops Tabasco sauce
• 2 ml salt
