- 2 cups chick Peas
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 tablespoon Pear juice concentrate
- 1/4 cup Sultanas
- 1 cup sunflower sprouts
- 1/2 cup Grated Carrot
Directions
- Mix it up! Pear juice concentrate is available from health food stores, and it gives the salad a beautiful sweet flavour. Enjoy!
