Apple a la Mode

Ingredients

• 1 oz dark rum
• 2 oz apple juice
• 1 tbsp vanilla ice cream

Directions

1. Blend briefly with half a glassful of crushed ice.
2. Serve in a double cocktail glass with a sprig of mint.
