Description
Ingredients

- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
- (about ¼ t each)
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
