Pork Hash

Ingredients

  • 1 lbs ground pork
  • 1/4 cup water chestnuts, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped shiitake mushroom
  • 2 tbsp green onion, minced
  • parsley, optional
  • 1 TB soy sauce
  • 1 TB oyster sauce
  • 1TB chung choy, minced
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 TB cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 egg

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Form into a large patty. Place in a heat-proof bowl and steam for 25 minutes.
