Ingredients

Procedures

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine water, margarine, and salt.
  2. Bring to boil.
  3. Stir in cabbage; return to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 4 – 6 minutes, or until cabbage is tender.
  5. Remove from heat; stir in milk and potato flakes with fork.
  6. Stir in onion.
  7. Cover and let stand 3 minutes.
