Description

Mutton Broth is a traditional broth commonly cooked and served in Ireland and also Australia.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut meat in small pieces.
  2. Put all ingredients except parsley in a saucepan.
  3. Season with salt and ground pepper.
  4. Add water.
  5. Cover pan and bring to a boil.
  6. Simmer over low heat for 2 hours.
  7. Add fresh parsley just before serving.
