* 1 dash [[cayenne pepper]]

== Procedures ==
# Spray crockpot with a light [[cooking spray]]. 
# Arrange [[Chicken]] breasts in the bottom of the pot. 
# Mix the rest of the ingrediants in a bowl and pour over the [[Chicken]]. Try to coat all of the [[Chicken]] with the mixture. 
# Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours. 
# Serve on a bed of [[white rice]].
